A client-focused frontend development project.
The Special Cakes project was developed during my NSW TAFE IT Certificate III studies, delivering a comprehensive digital solution encompassing both website development and social media management. Starting with thorough client requirements analysis, I created a detailed development plan and built a presentation website featuring all requested functionalities.
Upon completing the website, I expanded the project by assisting the client in establishing their social media presence across multiple platforms. Utilizing social media management tools, I supported content creation, scheduling, and community engagement strategies to effectively grow their online audience.
This project provided valuable experience in end-to-end digital service delivery—from coding and design to digital marketing. Continuous client communication enhanced my understanding of small business needs and challenges during digital transformation.
